Restorative Yoga : Yoga Therapy Module
The Recovery Yoga course is designed to deliver yoga therapy to chronically ill, injured, postoperative, and traumatised people. The course considers any person who feels their body is not operating the way they would like it to, whether it is the result of a physical injury, a chronic physical condition, or a mental malaise from any kind of trauma. The aim of the program is to encourage clients to take responsibility for their own health maintenance, providing practical tools to feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally. An additional component to this course considers the impact of ethnic and race-based stress and trauma.
